This session will provide you with in-depth information on the selection, noticing and compliance criteria for each notice type for Driver’s License Suspension (DLS), Professional/Occupation License Suspension (POLS) and Recreational License Suspension (RLS).   We will review cases and discuss whether it is appropriate for you to take the enforcement action.  We will also review how to work the reports that are critical to all three license suspension remedies.
