This session will provide you with information on how best to use the automated enforcement remedies when working with customers to address barriers they may have in making consistent payments.   We will review how you are notified a remedy is about to take place, walk through the big picture case review and discuss what conversations should occur to determine if the remedy is appropriate while assisting the family as a whole.
