I am a Policy Specialist with the Policy and Performance Section of the Colorado Division of Child Support Services (CSS). The section is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, regulation and legislation for the intake, locate, establishment and enforcement functions of child support services. My emphasis is on confidentiality, intake, locate, case closure and non-disclosure of personal information (NDI) and the interface between IV-A/IV-D.
