Our mindsets and attitudes towards learning have more of an impact on our growth than we realize. Developing a growth mindset can help fuel our learning actions, while our fixed mindset can impede these actions. Trevor will dig into the research and clear up a few misconceptions around growth mindset. We’ll discuss both individual and leadership applications.
