This training is geared towards support professionals who regularly enter homes and may be exposed to the dangers of contact with illicit drugs and drug users.  Attendees will learn the basics of identifying different types of drugs, understanding their effects, and identifying drug paraphernalia.  They will also be introduced to the physical effects and potentially dangerous behaviors exhibited by drug users.  The overall goal of this training is to keep attendees safe in the field, so they can provide the best possible services to their clients.
