Meg Sagaria-Barritt is the Integration Partnerships Coordinator for the Colorado Refugee Services Program (CRSP), the state-level agency designated to lead refugee resettlement in Colorado. In this role, she leads outreach efforts to educate welcoming communities, trains CRSP’s contractors to achieve key performance outcomes, and strengthens the network of refugee services providers to learn from one another and better integrate their work. She has more than eight years of experience in resettlement, in roles ranging from research, workforce development training, and youth development. Previously, at US-Brazil Connect, Meg led a leadership development program connecting youth across these two countries. At the Posner Center for International Development, she supported a network of 150+ global development organizations to strengthen their work through communities of practice and creating professional and organizational development training series. She has developed curriculum & delivered training for an array of learners, from refugee youth & adults, to global development professionals and college faculty. She has a B.A. in Religion from the University of Rochester and an M.A. in International Development and Social Change from Clark University.
