I am a Policy Specialist with the Policy and Performance Section of the Colorado Division of Child Support Services (CSS). The section is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, regulation and legislation for the intake, locate, establishment and enforcement functions of child support services. My emphasis is on confidentiality, intake, locate, case closure and non-disclosure of personal information (NDI) and the interface between IV-A/IV-D.

His passion manifests in his books Connecting Paradigms, Talking about Trauma & Change, and Trauma-Sensitive Early Education as well as his Trauma-Informed Lens Podcast and Matt’ Mumblings Blog. Mr. Bennett combines his masters’ degrees in community psychology and executive development/nonprofit management and business administration with his practical experience as a therapist and leader to develop research-based solutions to improve the health of individuals, staff, organizations, and systems.

Meg Sagaria-Barritt is the Integration Partnerships Coordinator for the Colorado Refugee Services Program (CRSP), the state-level agency designated to lead refugee resettlement in Colorado. In this role, she leads outreach efforts to educate welcoming communities, trains CRSP’s contractors to achieve key performance outcomes, and strengthens the network of refugee services providers to learn from one another and better integrate their work. She has more than eight years of experience in resettlement, in roles ranging from research, workforce development training, and youth development. Previously, at US-Brazil Connect, Meg led a leadership development program connecting youth across these two countries. At the Posner Center for International Development, she supported a network of 150+ global development organizations to strengthen their work through communities of practice and creating professional and organizational development training series. She has developed curriculum & delivered training for an array of learners, from refugee youth & adults, to global development professionals and college faculty. She has a B.A. in Religion from the University of Rochester and an M.A. in International Development and Social Change from Clark University.

Randa Alshami is with the Child Support Services Performance Improvement team with the State Office of Economic Security.  Randa joined the State in September 2019.  Prior to that, Randa was with Arapahoe County Department of Human Services for 12 years and has experience in TANF/Food Assistance/Medicaid, as well as, child support enforcement, modification and special projects.

Ryan Stream is a highly esteemed motivational speaker, musician, fitness app owner and American Soldier with a heart that pumps passion and positive change.

His message is simple "You are the author of your story" Only you have the ability within yourself to take control of your circumstances and change your life.

As a motivational Speaker, Ryan travels around the United States speaking, and playing the music he has composed. Ryan has performed at dozens of school districts, Universities, Youth and Adult Correctional facilities including State Prisons. He has been booked for conferences, concerts, and banquets along with church firesides and youth conferences. Ryan has also had the privilege to open for different Celebrities, and he was also featured in fitness magazines, Military Valor magazine, LDS magazine, Local news stations, Newspapers and on
radio talk shows. He was able to sign a music contract with BMI out of LA, California! His music can be found on iTunes, Spotify, Apple Music, and Amazon. He was voted Verizon Wireless Service Award for the United States.

His topics include various challenges of life before and after being adopted, sleeping in a homeless shelter with his 3 brothers and living in and out of foster homes.
He struggled with his mother committing suicide, alcohol abuse and drug addictions, He had to pay outstanding court fines, and serving time in jail multiple times.

Joining the military was the best decision of his life. He deployed to Afghanistan two times and served his country for 13 years. He deployed with a combat engineer Sapper company and their mission was to find bombs placed in the road and to clean the route before any convoys could pass. 23 out of 32 of the soldiers he was with was with had their vehicle blown up by an I.E.D, 
Only 1 Soldier in his Unit was killed. Ryan uses his experience to help teach discipline, mental, and physical strength, team work, pride, and appreciation of our country, the rigors and joy of serving someone other than himself.

Sabrina has been in Child Support Services for almost 15 years at the county and state office. Sabrina has worked in El Paso/Teller County doing many different functions from an Admin Support Staff, Parent Employment Case Manager and Supervisor. Sabrina also worked in Arapahoe County as an Establishment Case Manager to the Parent Employment Program Supervisor. At the State Office Sabrina is the Program Innovation Unit Manager; they oversee all the grants and special projects including 2Gen.

Sergeant Lex Jorge

Lex Jorge joined the Denver Police Department in 2006. He began his law enforcement career working patrol and proactive Street Crime enforcement.  Upon his promotion to sergeant, he supervised Street Crime teams and the Gang Bureau.  In 2016, he was honored to be appointed to his current position as Detective Sergeant of the District 1 Narcotics Unit, leading a team of talented narcotics detectives and uniformed officers.  In this position, Detective Sergeant Jorge has redefined how narcotics units operate in Denver, focusing on community crime prevention through large-scale narcotics distribution suppression operations, and spearheading such projects as Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) and the Denver Methamphetamine Abatement Partnership (DMAP).  Lex holds a Master of Fine Arts degree from The University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queens College of the City University of New York.

Tracy Lynn Hutchinson has earned a master’s degree (MA) in Community Counseling and holds a license as a professional counselor (LPC). She is certified as a Master Addictions Counselor (MAC), holds a state-level Colorado Addictions Counselor Certification (CAC III), and an Office of Behavioral Health (OBH) approved trainer for CAC courses. She is an Adjunct Professor for Denver University (Korbel and ILLC) and Metropolitan State University. She has provided service within behavioral health for over 42 years at a variety of agencies and through her own private practice.
